In his professional development work, Richard updates classic professional development techniques with the use of applied improvisation, placing particular emphasis on reducing the anxiety and fear that comes with career-related exploration. The result is a “fun over fear” approach that allows individuals to engage in their own personal and professional development with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind. In all aspects of his work, Richard refers to the teachings of applied empathy, applied improvisation, and mindfulness to create a safe environment for learning.
